15-yr-old commits suicide in UP

A 15-year-old boy committed suicide by consuming poison in Karnchapra village after he was scolded by his mother, police said.

Golu Kumar Singh consumed some poisonous substance after being scolded by his mother for beating up his younger sibling yesterday, ASP, K C Goswami said.

Meanwhile in another incident, 37-year-old Raj Kumar committed suicide by setting himself on fire on Bilthara road under Ubhaon police station area following a family dispute, he added.
