16 injured as bus overturns

Sixteen bus passengers were injured when their vehicle overturned near Tanda bypass chowk here today.

Police said the injured passengers were admitted to the local civil hospital.

The mini-bus, belonging to a private transport company, was going to Nangal Isher village from here.

The driver failed to control his vehicle while trying to avoid a tractor trailer due to which it overturned, police said.
