18 mobile phones seized during raids in Bihar jail

Sub Divisional Officer Vinay Kumar Rai said that during search operation in different wards of the jail 19 mobile chargers and more than 100 packets of gutka were also seized.

Investigation was on to ascertain how these banned items entered the jail, the SDO said.
