2 arrested with contraband worth Rs 10 lakh

Two persons were arrested with contraband worth Rs 10 lakh in Saini area here, police said.

Rakesh Kumar and Sandeep Kumar Singh were arrested near Lahedra bridge last evening and 20 gram smack worth Rs 10 lakh was recovered from their possession, they said.

Police said the duo was taking the contraband from Allahabad to Lucknow.
