2 held for smuggling IMFL in Raj
Two men were today arrested for allegedly smuggling Indian Made Foreign Liquor worth Rs 40 lakh in a truck here.
More than 1,000 cartons of IMFL were being transported illegally from Haryana to Gujarat.
Following a tip off, a police team signalled a truck to stop and recovered the liquor after checking.
The truck driver Birdaram and cleaner Babulal were arrested under Excise Act, SHO Nal police station Jagdish Prasad Tanwar said.
