2 held with charas, fake notes

Two persons were arrested and 1.8 gm charas and fake currency of face value Rs 35,000 were seized from them here today, police said.

Acting on a tip-off, police arrested Sandip and Suresh Sahni, both residents of Bihar, from Aincholi area, they said.

During interrogation, the duo told police that they have brought the fake notes to circulate in the district.
