2 KCP women activists arrested

A joint team of Imphal West district police commando and 25 Assam Rifles arrested two women activists of outlawed Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP), from Mayang Langjing area, police said today.

The two young women KCP workers, who were arrested on Sunday, were identified, said a press release issued today by R K Tutusana, PRO, Police, said.

A case has been registered at Lamshang police station in Imphal West district for further investgation the release added.
