2 labourers killed in high tension wire mishap

A 45-year-old labourer and his wife were today killed after a high tension wire fell on them in Pipthara village here, police said.

Lalchand and his wife 40-year-old Kaushaliya were working in a brick kiln when a high tension wire, running overhead, fell on them and the couple died on the spot, they said.

Six other labourers working there ran to safety.

Police said the bodies have been sent for postmortem.
