2 more special trains for rail exam

A day after announcing special trains for its computer-based exam, the railways said today that two more trains would run between Bihar's city and in

Nearly 48 lakh candidates will appear tomorrow for the first set of the computer-based tests for 66,502 vacancies of loco-pilots (ALP) and technicians.

The 05289 Muzaffarpur-special train departed from this noon and will arrive at at 1 pm on Friday, astatement said.

The return 05290 Secunderabad-train will depart Secunderabad at 9 pm on Friday and arrive at Muzaffarpur at 2 am on Sunday.

It will stop at Samastipur, Barauni, Mokama, Bakhtiyapur, Patna, Ara, Buxar, Dildarnagar, Pt Deen Dayal Upadaya, Allahabad Cheoki, Satna, Katni, Jabalpur, Itarsi, and stations.

Yesterday, the national transporter had announced three special trains -- Patna-Indore-Patna, and -- for the exam.
