Two wild cats were found by villagers in Araria district of Bihar and handed over to the forest department.
District Forest Officer (DFO) K K Akela said while one wild cat was found at Chandipur Belwari village under Palasi police station area, another was spotted at Pajarkatta village under Narpatganj police station.
"Both the wild cats seemed to have strayed from forested areas to villages. They are in good health and being sent to Sanjay Gandhi Biological Park for care," Akela said.
