200 mini anganwadi centres to be set up in East Godavari: DC

East Godavari District Collector (DC) H Arunkumar today said 200 mini anganwadi centres would be set up in agency mandals of the district to cater needs of infants and pregnant women.

"946 anganwadi centres were working in the district and additional 200 mini centres would be set up," the Collector said.

Arunkumar held a meeting with district officials where the issue of mini anganwadi centres was discussed, an official said.
