Indian Coast Guard today repatriated 21 Indian fishermen, taking the total number of those repatriated to 551 in the first three months of this year.

The ship also escorted a salvage team comprising three Indian boats in an operation conjoined with the repatriation, Coast Guard (Eastern region) said in a press release.

Yesterday, ICG had repatriated 19 Indian fishermen, brought them to Rameswaram and handed them over to local authorities.
