24-yr-old arrested with heroin in Manali
A 24-year-old man was on Tuesday arrested with 13 grams of heroin at a tourist spot in Himachal Pradesh's Kullu district, police said.
Baldev, a resident of Halyatar village in Mandi district was booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, Kullu Superintendent of Police Shalini Agnihotri said.
Further investigation was on, she added.
