28 persons arrested in Manipur for not having valid documents

Altogeter 28 persons who did not have valid documents were arrested by police commandos attached to city police station in Manipur's Imphal West district, police said today.

The persons were arrested during combing and search operations in the state's biggest market complex here by the commandos of the city police yesterday.

The operations followed series of bomb explosions in the market complex in the past few weeks.
