Three children were today killed when they were hit by an unidentified vehicle in Dhammaur area, police said.
Gajan (15) and his sisters Bushra (8) and Muskan (12) were killed on the spot when the vehicle hit them when they were trying to cross the road near Bankepur village, they said.
Later, angry villagers blocked the Sultanpur-Raebareli highway and hurled bricks at a bus damaging it before police reached the spot to control the situation.
