3 doctors suspended in UP

Three doctors were suspended and an equal number transferred by the Uttar Pradesh government today on charges of irregularities and laxity in discharge of their duties.

Health Minister Ahmad Hasan had ordered a departmental inquiry against the doctors concerned, an official release said here.

He warned of strict action against any state government doctor found guilty of laxity in discharge of duty, it said.
