3 drown in Ganga

Three youths drowned in

Ganga in Mawaikala village here after they slipped into deep waters while taking a bath in the river, police said today.

Five youths, including two brothers, had yesterday gone to a take a bath in the river on the occasion of Ganga Dussehra. The brother duo, identified as Shubham and Suraj, and Govind, all aged around 16, slipped into deep waters and drowned, police said.

Their bodies have been fished out and sent for post-mortem.
