3 killed in road mishap in Andhra Pradesh

Three youths were today killed after the motorcycle on which they were travelling was hit by a lorry in the district, police said.

The mishap occurred this evening near Paritalla village on the Vijayawada-Hyderabad highway of Krishna district, Kanchikacherla sub-inspector of police K Eswara Rao said.

The youth, who hailed from Perakalapadu village were returning to their homes, he said.

The deceased have been identified as B Nagaraju(22), B Madhu (30) and J Koteswara Rao (25).

A case has been registered in this connection, the officer added.
