A three-year-old boy was killed and four others were injured when the roof of a house collapsed today at Mandoli village in northeast Delhi's Shahdara area.
The incident took place at around 6.20 PM trapping five persons including the child, identified as Prince, under its debris, a fire official said.
A rescue operation has been launched by authorities and the injured persons were rushed to GTB Hospital where Prince, succumbed to his injuries, he said.
Meanwhile, in another incident in Outer Delhi's Swaroop Nagar area, three persons were injured when the roof of an old house collapsed.
The injured were rushed to the BJRM Hospital and were later discharged, a police official said.
