32-year-old Man stabbed to death

A 32-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death when he tried to stop two men from urinating in front of his house in Outer Delhi's Shahbad Dairy area, police said today.

The deceased Brahm Prakash, was a driver and he was stabbed repeatedly for a dozen times in a fight late yesterday night, they said.

A PCR call was made about a fight in the area at around 11 pm. The police team on reaching the spot found Brahm Prakash bleeding profusely and took him to a nearby hospital, police said.

Later, he was declared dead by the doctors and his body was sent for post mortem. A case of murder has been registered at Shahbad Dairy police station and investigation is going on. they added.
 

Police said that preliminary enquiry revealed that Prakash had objected against urination in front of his house by two men, leading to heated exchange of words among them. The neighbors had intervened after which the two men left the place, they said.

Allegedly, the two men returned back after a few minutes and stabbed Prakash who was still outside his house. They later fled from the spot.

The accused were suspected to be locals, police said, adding that efforts are on to nab them.
