A 35-year-old man was allegedly shot dead by some unidentified bike-borne persons outside his house in Jakhrana village of Alwar district, police said today.
Rinku Yadav was shot at late last night by the unidentified persons who came on a motorcycle and fled in the cover of darkness, they said.
Yadav was first taken to a nearby hospital from where he was referred to Gurgaon, but he died on the way, police said.
Although an FIR has been filed against three persons at Behror police station on the complaint of the deceased's brother, the exact reason of the killing is yet to be ascertained, they said.
Four persons from the area have been rounded up for interrogation and investigation is underway, police said.
