35-year-old woman raped in UP

A 35-year-old woman was raped by a staff member of a brick kiln here, police said today.

The woman complained that the stenographer of the brick kiln called her at his residence on April 13 and raped her, police said.

The woman lodged the complaint yesterday, they said.

Medical examination of the victim is underway, they said, adding further action will be taken once the reports are received.
