4 injured in explosion at fireworks factory

Four persons, including a woman, were today injured when some crackers exploded triggering a blaze at a fireworks factory near Sattur in this district, police said.

The mishap occurred when workers were testing some crackers, they said.

The injured have been admitted to hospital, police said.

Five rooms in the factory were damaged, they said, adding, fire service personnel extinguished the blaze.
