Three persons of a marriage party, including the bridegroom, were killed and as many others injured when a car in which they were travelling collided with a truck in Sirohi district today, police said.
While Bharat Kumar Meghwal (22) and Ashok Kumar (20) died on the spot, the groom Bharat Kumar (22), succumbed to injuries in a hospital, SHO Anadar police station Ghevar Singh said.
In a separate incident, one person was killed and 11 others injured when the vehicle in which they were travelling overturned near Harjaalpura village in Fatehpur.
The deceased was identified as Mukesh Kumawat, aged around 20 years, the police said, adding, condition of the injured was stated to be stable.
