4-year-old boy dies of 'mysterious' fever in Coimbatore GH

A four-year-old boy died of 'mysterious' fever in the Governent hospital here early today, police said.
Mithun, a resident of RS Puram, was down with mild fever for the last two days and was undergoing treatment at a private hospital here, they said.
However, last night he developed high fever and breathlessness following which he was rushed to the Government Hospital, where he died without responding to treatment, police said.
Doctors have sent the blood samples for examination to ascertain the reason for the death, they said.
