A 45-year-old man today allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan here at village Thambad, police said.
Deceased was identified as Aman Kumar, they said adding that a suicide note has also been recovered from his pocket in which he blamed six persons.
On the complaint of his nephew Chaman, a case has been registered against two persons under section 306 (abetment to suicide) of IPC at Barara police station.
The suicide note mentioned that accused persons had allegedly threatened him and had been forcing him to support a person during panchayat elections, police said.
