5.0 magnitude quake hits Tibet

A 5.0-magnitude earthquake hit Zhongba county in Tibet today, authorities said.
The quake shook parts of Tibet at 6:00 AM (local time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Centre (CENC).
The epicentre was at a depth of 8 kilometre, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
No casualties have been reported so far.
