6-year-old girl raped by class XI student

A six-year-old girl was raped today by a class XI student at a village here, police said.

The incident took place at Deeghi village in Pahasu area, SP (Rural) Vijay Gautam said.

The boy, identified as Sunil, took the girl to a farm promising her chocolate and raped her there, he said.

The accused has been arrested and he has confessed to the crime, the SP said.
