65-year-old man arrested for sexually assaulting minor girl

A 65-year-old man was arrested here today for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor girl, police said.

They said locals saw him taking the 10-year-old girl inside an under construction building last night, nabbed and beat him up before handing him over to police.

The girl has been hospitalised.

The man had allegedly sexually assaulted another minor girl on September 11 following which locals decided to monitor his movements.
