8 die in road mishap

Eight persons were killed and

two others injured when a jeep collided head-on with a container in Hayatnagar area, police sources said here today.

The incident occurred late last night on Adampur road killing five persons on the spot, incharge of Hayatnagar police station, K K Tiwari said.

Three persons succumbed during treatment, Tiwari said.
