8 men arrested for betting on India-Bangladesh T20 match

Eight persons were arrested for allegedly betting on India-Bangladesh T-20 match from Nakhasa area here, police said today.

Naeem, Uvesh, Sajid, Gufran, Naushaad, Hafez, Askaar and Riyaz were arrested last night while betting on India-Bangladesh T-20 match, they said.

Police said Rs 10,000 cash, a television set and two mobile phones were recovered.
