Nine Pakistani nationals, including a woman, were today repatriated to Pakistan after they were released from different jails.

Among the nine, two prisoners Muhammad Waseem and Muhammad Sohail, were released after over eleven years from Tihar Jail in Delhi. They were arrested in Delhi under anti-terrorism act for carrying anti-India activities.

Two of them-- Muhammad Buland Khan and Muhammad Nawaz Shah, were released from Rajasthan Jail after six years. They had crossed the border inadvertently.

Mohan Bhai (woman) and four of her family members, who had come to India to visit their relatives in Rajasthan on one month visa, were arrested after they overstayed their stipulated time.

They were arrested after three months of the expiry of visa terms.

Mohan Bhai said she was keen to visit Mathura temples once again.

All the Pakistani nationals were repatriated to their country on the basis of 'Emergency Travel Certificate' issued by the New Delhi based Pakistan High Commission.
