As many as 90 activists of BJP today joined the Congress party in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Ninety activists of the party joined the Indian National Congress (INC) at an impressive function in presence of senior Congress leader and MLA Inderwal G M Saroori at Chatroo in the district.
Welcoming the new entrants into party fold, Saroori expressed hope that the workers would work with enthusiasm and energy to give fillip to the policy programme of the Congress.
"Let me assure you that Congress is not a party only for membership, it is a party of relationship," Saroori said and asked the activists to strengthen the party in the district.
