Delhiites woke up to a warm morning today with the minimum temperature settling at 24.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal.
According to a MeT official, relative humidity was recorded at 38 per cent at 8:30 AM.
"The mercury is likely to rise to a maximum of 39 degrees Celsius today. Skies are expected to remain partly cloudy during the day. Lightening may occur towards evening. However, it is unlikely that it will rain," the official added.
Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 38.6 degrees Celsius and 25.8 degrees Celsius respectively.
