Yuva Sena chief Aaditya Thackeray today inaugurated the viewing gallery outside the Brinhanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) building, a Grade II A structure.
"Honoured and happy to have inaugurated the viewing gallery outside the beautiful historic BMC building. Earlier the exhausts of the subway ventilation and a certain design prevented clean view of the BMC and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus," Thackeray tweeted.
"This viewing gallery will prove to be a boon to Mumbaikars and tourists alike and to all artists and photographers who'd want clear images," he said in another tweet.
Thackeray also said the BMC is realigning the traffic light poles and pedestrian movement is being bettered soon in the heritage area.
