Three people including a police constable and a revenue circle officer were nabbed by the Thane unit of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in connection with two different cases of alleged graft, ACB sources said here today.
In the first incident, DYSP Mamta D'Souza told PTI that a bus operated by one Roshan Daniel Lasrado met with an accident in the city last night.
In order to repair the bus, traffic department police constable Vilas Chavan of the Kalwa traffic unit demanded a bribe of Rs 2500 as "crane charges".

Chavan was caught while accepting the bribe at the Kharigaon toll plaza in Kalwa by ACB officials last night, officials said.
In a separate incident a sand and building material supplier Ravindra Govind Chowdhary wanted modifications to be done in land records for which revenue circle inspector Sashikant M Padwale allegedly demanded a bribe of Rs 5,000.
ACB officials led by DYSP Vilas Chowgule caught Padwale and on Rajesh D Thackeray red handed, ACB officials said.
Offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 have been registered against those arrested, the ACB said.
