Press Trust of India Jaipur
Anti Corruption Bureau of Rajasthan today questioned former Rajasthan minister Shanti Dhariwal in connection with a case related to alleged illegal transfer of lease deed of a cooperative land to a private firm in 2011 during Congress rule.

Dhariwal was interrogated for nearly two hours, an ACB official said.

It is for the second time that he was questioned and he would be called again if required, the official said.

Dhariwal has rejected the allegation of his involvement in the case.

The ACB had also summoned former former Additional Chief Secretary G S Sandhu but he did not turn, the official said.

The retired IAS officer has been summoned several times but his whereabouts are not known, according to the ACB.

The ACB has already arrested the company owner Shailendra Garg and RAS officer Nishkam Diwakar in connection with the case.
