ACJM suspended for alleged irregularities

Uttarakhand High Court has ordered the suspension of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) posted in Kashipur of Udhamsingh Nagar following alleged charges of irregularities against her.

As per the order issued by Chief Justice K M Joseph, ACJM Anuradha Garg was suspended with immediate effect after charges of irregularities against her were found in a preliminary inquiry conducted by Registrar (Judicial) Narendra Dutt.

Registrar (General) D P Gairola affiliated the suspension of ACJM to Udhamsingh Nagar District Court and ordered that she may not go on leave without informing the district judge, as per the order issued on March 27.
