Adani Enterprises today said it has incorporated its wholly-owned arm Adani Cementation.
"The company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary namely "Adani Cementation Ltd" (ACL) on December 06, 2016," Adani Enterprises said in a filing to BSE.
The company further said that ACL is yet to commence its business operations.
"ACL is incorporated in India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on December 6, 2016 and is yet to commence its business operations," the filing said.
Adani Enterprises is the flagship entity of the Adani group.
