The 28-year-old singer has spent the huge sum to acquire a 6,600 square foot home in an exclusive gated community in Los Angeles, where the likes of Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Lawrence are already residents, reported TMZ.
The London-born star's new abode features four bedrooms, six bathrooms and a swimming pool, as well as a treehouse and an outdoor train set.
