A Hindu right-wing outfit today urged the Centre to adopt a "tit-for-tat" policy against Pakistan to give the neighbouring country a "befitting reply" in the wake of the beheading of two Indian soldiers.

Activists of Hindu Shiv Sena today staged a protest here against the killing of the soldiers by the Pakistani army.

Outfit's president Shivi Batta told the media that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should take a "tough stand against Pakistan for the cowardly act".

He asked the Centre to give a free hand to army to deal with Pakistan.

Batta also demanded that all relations, including diplomatic ties, be severed with the neighbouring country.
