AGVB ties up with Brickwork Ratings

Assam Gramin Vikash Bank (AGVB) has teamed up with Brickwork Ratings, which will assign performance and credit ratings to MSME borrowers of the bank.

An MoU to this effect was signed recently between AGVB Chairman S S Singh and Brickwork Ratings Founder Director D Ravishankar, the bank said in release here today.

"A tie-up survives on mutual understanding and mutual benefit," Singh said.

Ravishankar said the MoU is a significant achievement of Brickwork's initiatives towards MSME development and "we look forward to play a promising role in North-East India's growth segment".

The ratings will be come under the National Small Industries Corporation Performance and Credit Rating Scheme for SSIs, the release added.
