Air India has decided to close its satellite ticket booking offices at Malappuram and Kannur in North Kerala from December 31 next.
However, passengers could make bookings and reservations through other avenues such as Air India City Book office here, Air India ticketing agents in Kozhikode, Malappuram and Kannur, a press release said.
Kozhikode city office provides personalised facilities like ticketing, reservations and enquiries for the passengers, the release said.
Passengers can also use the Air India 24 x 7 Helpline 1800 180 1407 - for Bookings, Reservations/Cancellations and make enquiries, it added.
