Akhilesh inaugurates Van Mahotsava

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today declared Sarus crane as the state bird and launched a forest e-library while inaugurating Van Mahotsava in the state.

The CM launched web portal - www.Upforestlife.Org - forest e-library and a film made on the Sarus crane.

On the occasion, the CM appealed the people to plant maximum saplings.

He said that on the occasion of mahotsava 82,232 saplings were being planted at 530 places in the state.
