Akhilesh's 'holi gift' to Vrindavan widows

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav gave "holi gift" to Vridavan widows by announcing a number of facilities for them including RO water purifying system and solar power plant.

"The chief minister has ordered RO water system, solar power plant for the widows living in Vrindavan. Ashrams in which the widows live will also be provided with centralised solar water heaters and water coolers," an official release issued here said.

These facilities will be provided keeping in mind the socialist ideology of Samajwadi Party government and will be made available to them very soon, it said.
