Akhilesh to visit Kanpur tomorrow

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav is scheduled to visit Kanpur tomorrow to attend several events including the inauguration of a high-tech police control room.

According to the district administration, the Chief Minister will first lay the foundation stone of a park and an auditorium in the city.

He will then proceed to inaugurate the high-tech police control room at Civil Lines here, they said.

The police control room has been equipped with the GPS technology and several other high-end features.

Later, he will also review the construction work being carried out at the Green Park International Stadium here.
