Three Junglemahal districts, where Maoists posters have been found during 'martyrs week' called by ultras from November 24 in memory of Kishenji, have been alerted by the West Bengal government.
The alert has been issued for West Midnapore, Bankura and Purulia districts, state secretariat sources said today.
Kishenji was killed in an encounter with security forces on November 24, 2011.
Maoist posters have been seized in the last few days from Binpur, Adharia, Goaltore, Lalgarh and Kamuri areas which have been brought to the attention of the local administration, the sources added.
