Almond prices rose by Rs 100 per 40 kg in the national capital today amid increased buying by stockists to meet seasonal demand.
However, other dry fruits moved in a narrow range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.
Marketmen said increased buying by stockists, driven by seasonal demand against tight supplies from overseas markets, mainly kept almond and its kernel prices higher.
