Amara Raja Batteries Thursday said it has inked a pact with US-based Johnson Controls Technology Company (JC)
to manufacture advanced lead acid batteries.
Besides, the company has entered into an agreement with the US firm to acquire the license for manufacturing advanced stamped grid plate making technology, Amara Raja Batteries said in a regulatory filing.
Shares of Amara Raja Batteries today ended 2.72 per cent down at Rs 761.15 on the BSE.
