Andhra's Investment Promotion Board reconstituted

The Andhra Pradesh government today reconstituted the State Investment Promotion Board with Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu as its Chairman.

Deputy Chief Minister K E Krishna Murthy (who also holds revenue portfolio), Ministers Yanamala Ramakrishnudu (Finance), Palle Raghunatha Reddy (Information Technology), P Narayana (Municipal Administration), P Pulla Rao (Agriculture) and K Atchannaidu (Labour and Youth Affairs) will be the Board members.

While Chief Secretary I Y R Krishna Rao will be the member-convenor, Secretaries of the departments concerned will be the special invitees, an order issued by Principal Secretary (Industries) J S V Prasad said here.

The Board will have to meet once a month to clear all important projects and critical issues coming in the way of investment promotion, the order said.
